Héctor Cervantes is an Attorney at Law licensed to practice in Mexico. He has been practicing law since 1982, after graduating with the highest honors from the State University of Baja California.
Mr. Cervantes and his team have extensive trial and litigation experience. His areas of practice are international law in civil, commercial, administrative and labor litigation before Federal and State Courts. He is a well recognized Real Estate attorney in Baja California. Mexican Bank Trusts for commercial and residential projects, complex contracts and transactions, securities, banking law and financing are also his common practice.
Mr. Cervantes has occupied the positions of Chief Legal Counsel for federal matters and council advisor for the City of Tijuana. He has also occupied positions as Chief Legal Counsel and Director of Trusts Department of a credit institution, for the northwest region of Mexico.
